EXTRA NOTES
All of the above rates are per night and include buffet breakfast, daily house cleaning, wireless internet connection, pool use, pool and beach towels, private parking space, as well as all applicable taxes (VAT [13%] and municipal taxes [0.75%]) and service charge.
The rates do not include: 5.00€ government regulatory fee per room per night
There is also the option of one [1] extra bed (in the accommodation options that can be found on the Accommodation page) upon request, with an extra 15% cost, per guest per night, to the rate of the room. This rate includes all of the above amenities and services for all our rooms to let in Mykonos.
PAYMENT IN ADVANCE:
You may pay in advance for your reservation by credit card (Diners, MasterCard, Visa or AMEX).
CHILDREN POLICY:
- Baby cots are provided free of charge in room categories Classic, Superior, Deluxe and Triple
- All children up to 4 years old stay free of charge, when sharing parents’ room and bed.
- Children over 4 years old are charged normally as adults.
CANCELLATION POLICY
During Deep & Low Season (Apr. 24–May 26 & Oct. 02–14):
For cancellations made up to 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date, no cancellation fees apply.
For cancellations made up 20 to 8 days prior to scheduled arrival date, the guest-client is charged 50% of the entire booking cost.
For cancellations made up 7 to less days prior to the arrival date of the visitor – client or no show or early departures result in 100% payment of the entire booking cost.
During Middle Seasons (May 27–July 11 & Sept. 02–Oct. 1):
For cancellations made up to 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, no cancellation fees apply.
For cancellations made up 29 to 15 days prior to scheduled arrival date, the guest-client is charged 50% of the entire booking cost.
For cancellations made up 14 to less days prior to the arrival date of the visitor – client or no show or early departures result in 100% payment of the entire booking cost.
During High & Peak Season (July 12-Sep. 01):
For cancellations made up to 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date, no cancellation fees apply.
For cancellations made up 59 to 31 days prior to scheduled arrival date, the guest-client is charged 50% of the entire booking cost.
For cancellations made up 30 to less days prior to the arrival date of the visitor – client or no show or early departures result in 100% payment of the entire booking cost.
